Granola, Helps Put on Pounds

Josh and I put on some weight when we first got married. We've been losing it now, but it took some research. Granola was our cereal of choice. Sounded healthy. Not! Look what I found out.

12 g fat (7 g saturated)
6 g fiber
30 g sugars
